This project involved three roof types; (1) SBS Modified Bitumen, (2) Copper, and (3) Slate.  HKI was involved in the investigations of existing conditions and the design of the roofing systems.  The former coal tar built-up roof was change to a new SBS Modified Bitumen roof.

Copper and Slate roofing were used for pitched areas. Coal Tar BUR was torn off flat areas and replaced with SBS Modified Bitumen.
