This project involved design of a SBS Modified Bitumen roof system, involving a tear-off of an existing foam roof.

The community college is self-contained under one roof.  Work had to proceed and be completed with minimal disruption to ongoing activities.  Replacement of roof drains and interior finished ceilings were also included.
