HKI prepared the design program and provided architectural services for renovation of this 14,000-sq. ft. building and the equivalent sized addition.

 

The firm worked closely with a contractor on a design-build basis and was able to assist in keeping the project within budget.

 

The materials used were warm and colorful on the interior; and contextual and sympathetic to neighboring buildings at the exterior.
