This joint development opportunity addressed the desire for readily available childcare service near job centers. COTA spearheaded development of this child care center next to its transit center, making it as close as possible to many people’s mode of travel.
The architectural vernacular and details are child-sized. A great deal of the building elements mimics geometric shapes to aid the learning experience
